Imagine your skin in a velvety smooth state. Imagine your skin polished, moisturized and detoxified. The glycolic acid produced by sugar is a powerful alpha hydroxy acid capable of loosening dirt and dead skin cells. White sugar is a humectant, meaning it attracts moisture and keep the skin hydrated.it also melts when it comes in contact with water, so it provides a more GENTLE exfoliation to not irritate the skin! WIN_WIN! With Grape Seed Oil, Jojoba Oil, Aloe Vera and Banana powder this Lavender Sugar Scrub not only rejuvenate the skin, but it also deposits many nourishing minerals through your skin’s pores, replacing the toxins it extracts. A touch of Lavender Essential oil adds just the right note of floral to start out each morning… Or to wash away the stresses of the day.
This Sugar Exfoliator is so pure you could eat it (literally!) and really gentle, so you can even use on your face. Sweet! For all skin types. Avoid using it on face if your skin is too sensitive. ( do not use on fresh acne and breakout areas) Tip for oily skin types:If you are with oily skin after the usage of this product if you feel excess oil on your skin we recommend you to wash with a mild foam wash to help you balance your skin.
This body scrub is free from: any form of natural, organic or artificial preservatives. Emulsifying waxes, Synthetics, Waters, Dyes and Parabens.
• Hop in the shower and dampen your skin. • After bathing, get a spoonful of scrub and show your skin some tough love by rubbing in circular motions. • Scrub slightly harder on elbows, knew and heels. If it’s too tough, add a few drops of extra water. • Use your fingers gently rub this exfoliating scrub in small upward circular motions all over face. Avoid the eye area. Do not use on face if you have very sensitive skin. • Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water, gently pat dry. • Leave it on for 2 -3 minutes so the ingredients can do their work before rinsing off. • Apply our body butters to lock in moisture. • Use twice or thrice a week (not recommended for daily use)
• Don’t take the scrub bottle directly into the shower. • Take a spoonful of scrub in a separate bowl. • Do not use fingers to scoop or allow water to get into container. • Water will dissolve sugar and also shorten shelf life of product. • After using this, shower floor may become slippery. • Scrubs are mainly used for exfoliation purposes, not as cologne. We scent our scrubs but we do not want the scent to be overpowering. • If irritation occurs, discontinue use and consult a physician.
It is important to note that you cannot step out in direct sunlight within one hour of scrub application. Direct sun exposure to freshly exfoliated skin increases the chances of sun damage. If you notice any irritation within 1-2 hours do not use. If no irritation… Then YAY! Go ahead & use it.
