Returns & Refund Policy
At thuyaa, we strive to give you the very best shopping experience possible. However, considering that opened or damaged products cannot be reused, we cannot accept exchange or return of opened or used products once sold or delivered.
No Refund shall be made once goods are sold.
Thuyaa is not responsible for any damage caused after delivery.
All products once purchased are non-refundable. In general, an item maybe eligible for return and 100% refund including the shipping charges within 24 hours from the date of Product Delivery if it fulfills any of the following conditions:
- Sold in a physically damaged condition.
- Has missing parts or accessories.
- If the items are misrepresented or there is change in description .
In case of any problem or quality issue with the product, we exchange the product. All you need to do is give us a call or email us within 24 hours of delivery. You can reach us on [email protected]
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 7-14 working days.
All the settlements will be done in the local (Coimbatore) jurisdictions only
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] and send your item to: 129, Shiva Nagar, Kalapatti, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu – 641 048.
Exchange of products will be accepted only if the products are returned in a saleable condition with the original receipt/tags intact and in their original packaging, in an undamaged condition and subject to following terms:
- Returns and exchanges requests will be subject to checking and vetting by thuyaa.
- Damages due to neglect, improper usage or wrong application will not be covered under this Policy.
- Shipping charge would not be included in the refund value of your order as these are non-refundable charges.
- Once your return/refunds request has been accepted, the process will be completed within 7-14 business days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 129, Shiva Nagar, Kalapatti, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu – 641 048.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. (if the products are not falling in the above category)
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over INR 5000, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Shipping & Delivery
As we mentioned everywhere in the website, apart from cold process soaps, rest of the products in our thuyaa’s platform are made fresh once after you place your orders. We put our best efforts to ship your orders within 4-6 working days, whereas in some cases it might take around 12-14 days depending on the availability & other situations.
Purchases are shipped from our warehouse in coimbatore by reputed courier agencies. Our courier partners are DTDC couriers and Indiapost. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your orders to reach you may vary.
We have standard shipping charges for most addresses. A flat Rs.90/- charge is applied to all orders.
All items in the website are included with GST charges and no other hidden charges would be added.
